Programmatic of Science and Knowledge expansion of Today’s China:
Policies and Programmatic of Science and Knowledge expansion of Today’s China: Fereydoun Verdinejad P.H.D. Succinct: Baring in mind the importance of the Labour work and its massive advantage of its competence in Iran, as well as the main role it plays in communication schemes with the outside world, also the attractiveness of the Iranian Market for a whole bunch of countries looking for a break through, it makes it quite inevitable to establish a trust-making structure in the very Foundations of our Science, Research, Technology and Analysis. These factors include the base and the groundwork of our country’s interests. Having said that, the main question though remains as, whether Iran’s development according to the script of 20-year development perspective vision would be followed carefully? If so in which routine and what exclusivity should it be followed. Could the experience and the outcomes of other countries developed in scientific point of view, be of any advantage and help to us. Could Iran learn a lesson by those gains and positive results already laid out in front of him by other nations? Needless to mention that for every country the “Development Path” and achieving the “National Ambitions” are not out of reach. It just requires passing safely over many of Straits and paying extra attention to that seabed’s concerning national values, Regional strengths and potentials among our people. Due to this fact, it may not be an easy task to just Copy or simply sampling prototypes from other countries or nations in order to achieve higher aims. None the less, exploiting their experiments and using their cons and pros, reshuffling their mistakes and not going through them once more, a broad view over their gains and losses and also their successful schemes of demodulating their Policies and knowledge of expansion, could be a great lesson to be learnt. This with no doubt would be a great example and lecture prior to the Meander way of our development plans. Herein the point by point study over the movement made by People’s Republic of China, around their Resource and facility Management and expansion of Science and Technology Parks would be most interesting. |
